Relationship Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Driving conversions in our lead pipeline through voice and non-voice process
2. Working together with counselors in processing the application and visa
3. Performing multiple follow-ups with students and keeping the student engaged till visa formalities are completed
4. Gathering feedback from students and helping them in clearing their doubts
5. Working as a bridge between counselor and student
6. Convincing the students to book IELTS exams with us
7. Pitching LeapScholar's various offerings including IELTS, counseling, application filing, visa services, etc.

Requirements:

1. Candidates from or willing to relocate to Bangalore
2. A minimum of 2-4 years of proven sales track record and high ticket sales experience would be a bonus
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in Hindi and English language, knowing any regional language will be a plus
5. Comfortable working on weekends (Saturday compulsory working), with a week off in between Tuesday - Friday and Sunday fixed off
6. A tech-savvy, high agency, and result-oriented individual
7. Experience in performing upselling and cross-selling
8. Effective presentation and negotiation skills
9. Hands-on knowledge of MS Office, Excel, CRM, etc.

We are starting with a significant head start and a precise plan of action.
