Key responsibilities:

1. Work on selling residential projects
2. Collaborate effectively within a team environment
3. Independently generate revenue and meet sales targets
4. Convert leads into successful business deals
5. Persuade prospective clients that our organization is the perfect fit for their needs
6. Manage client relationships through consistent follow-up with existing and potential customers
7. Provide updates on new properties in the market to individuals in your network
8. Build strong relationships with booked clients and obtain referral leads
9. Conduct cold calls, follow up with leads in the CRM system, and arrange site visits
10. Actively engage in scheduled appointments and guide buyers during property tours
11. Assist buyers in making informed decisions by offering guidance on pricing and terms
12. Understand clients' requirements and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions
13. Facilitate negotiation processes and provide consultation on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair and ethical dealings
14. Generate leads through promotional activities and canopy events
15. Participate in sales promotion activities to generate leads
16. Responsible for achieving and surpassing sales targets set for the sales team
17. Accompany prospects on site visits for residential projects, addressing any queries and liaising with the developer when necessary
18. Develop extensive knowledge of real estate markets and industry best practices
