Key responsibilities:
1. Offer customized insurance solutions to customers for all their financial needs and act as an interface between customer and company
2. Work on customer relationship management
3. Work on direct sell to the customers via appointments (office/home visits)
4. Ensure that leads/appointments allocated by the call center are attended and revenue is generated
5. Ensure self-sourcing targets are achieved
6. Ensure business reporting, MIS on sales calls, and leads
7. Ensure utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis
Skills & Requirements:
1. Qualification: Graduate preferably/diploma
2. MBA freshers
3. Experience in the life insurance industry in sales, BFSI industry
4. Knowledge of life insurance products
5. Should be flexible to work on field sales
6. Should have experience in the local market and can speak the local language
7. Knowledge of financial markets
8. Knowledge of sales process implementation
9. Knowledge of business planning
10. Knowledge of competition benchmarking
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
