Relationship Officer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets on life insurance products
2. Participate in weekly/monthly meetings on performance reviews with the area manager
3. Adopt a need-based selling approach for product positioning with customers
4. Ensure quality follow-up on leads from the Telca base to ensure timely closure
5. Adhere to compliance and procedural obligations as per company laid-out norms
6. Take an active interest in self-development needs and participate in technical, product, and skills training
7. Own the problem/process with the customer and close the loop
8. Meet customers to resolve issues where necessary
9. Handle complaints in a timely and professional manner
10. Host events for customers to develop a new and long-term relationship
11. Attend training and keep abreast of product and service developments
