Relationship Officer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets for life insurance products
2. Participate in weekly and monthly performance review meetings with the Area Manager
3. Adopt a need-based selling approach to position products effectively with customers
4. Follow up on leads from Telca base to ensure timely closure
5. Adhere to compliance and procedural obligations as per company norms
6. Take active interest in self-development by participating in technical, product, and skills training
7. Own the problem or process with the customer and ensure closure
8. Meet customers to resolve issues when necessary
9. Handle complaints promptly and professionally
10. Host events for customers to develop new and long-term relationships
11. Attend training sessions to stay updated on product and service developments
