About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build and launch Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn ads
2. Monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns using an experimental and methodological approach
3. Create weekly and monthly performance reports
4. Research and experiment with new strategies to improve the performance of advertising campaigns
5. Work in close collaboration with the virtual assistant team to assess and improve advertising performance

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹13,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
