Key responsibilities:

1. Translate existing designs and wireframes into high-quality code
2. Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
3. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
4. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
5. Work in an agile environment with continuous integration and deployment
6. Detail requirements taking inputs from the team and come up with estimations for planning
7. Collaborate on projects with a closely-knit team
8. Develop and maintain mobile apps using Rest APIs

Other requirements

Hands-on experience in Flutter and React Native

Any graduate

Must have a minimum of 1-2 college/work projects (could be a demo as well)

Good aptitude and good attitude

Need a hard-working self-driven candidate to work in a startup environment

Strong knowledge of Android SDK, and how to deal with different screen sizes

Strong knowledge of OOPs, Core Java

Hands-on experience in Java, knowledge of Kotlin

Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services

Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

Experience with offline storage

Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces

Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

Familiarity with cloud APIs and push notifications

A knack for benchmarking and optimization

Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitHub

Familiarity with continuous integration

A team player, fast learner with good verbal and written communication skills

UG or PG: BSc in computers, BSc in computers, BCA, MCA, B. Tech/B.E. in IT, computers, electronics and communication, M. Tech/ME in IT, computers, electronics, and communication

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 240000 /year

2. Other incentives: ₹60000 /year
