About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing clients through counseling and diet plan preparations
2. Monitoring sales opportunities of team members, discussing the same with TL, and motivating/guiding team members to achieve conversions
3. Conducting RCA, defining action steps, aligning with TL, and passing on to team members for all client escalations of team members
4. Validating and approving diet plans sent to clients by team members
5. Ensuring that client parameters are recorded in the system by the dietitian and doing RCA on any misses
6. Continuously training team members on identified gaps
