About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on making correct entries in Zoho finance
2. Working on making sales invoices and maintaining ledgers for sales and purchase bills
3. Coordinating with consultants for GST, TDS and professional tax payments
4. Assisting the accounts manager in monthly account reviews and closures
5. Assisting team with voucher preparation, salaries and other routine activities
6. Helping with ensuring vendor compliance, issuing purchase orders and ensuring dispatches
7. Helping with ensuring soft copies of all documents and supporting attachments
8. Preparing various tracker sheets in Excel, being well-versed with online tools like Slack and Asana

Skill(s) required

Accounting English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Financial literacy MS-Excel Statutory compliances

Other requirements

Having previous experience in Zoho is a distinct advantage

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹18,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
