About the job
About the role: We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic and ambitious Associate consultant to join us and build a strong portfolio of clients. The candidate will be owning the corporate engagements and recruitment process coordination.

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end B2B business development, right from prospecting to closing
2. Acquire new clients through networking, direct contact, or marketing campaigns
3. Establish long-term engagement with clients with multiple products
4. Build and nurture client relationships via various channels
5. Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders on a daily basis
6. Cross-selling and Upselling to existing clients into other GUVI services
7. Develop and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities

Skills required:

1. Strong consultative selling skills including excellent relationship-building, networking, and time-management skills
2. Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
3. Strong team player
4. Excellent in business communications and email etiquette
5. Exposure to LinkedIn and other job portals
6. Ability to generate B2B leads
7. Experience in lead research and prospecting
8. Experience in cold calling, email campaigns, and using social media to generate leads
9. Knowledge of recruitment
10. Data maintenance and organization skills
11. MBA qualification or experience in business development is preferred
