We are seeking a talented design generalist who has extensive knowledge and experience with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Our ideal candidate is someone who can deliver high-quality designs under short deadlines with a quick turnaround.
Our design generalist will be tasked with a wide array of roles, all revolving around design creation. These will include, but are not limited to:
1. Designing and working on dynamic UI screens.
2. Generating attractive and engaging graphics for blog posts and marketing pages.
3. Creating eye-catching landing page designs.
4. Crafting unique and professional pitch decks.
5. Building distinctive brand designs and mockups.
Employment Terms: This role will initially commence on a part-time probationary basis. However, provided you can deliver the caliber of work we're looking for, it'll transition into a full-time position with additional benefits.
Work Environment:
1. We offer extreme flexibility regarding working hours, as our key focus is on results and meeting deadlines.
2. Our team works asynchronously, with all communications and briefings being conducted via Trello. For critical tasks, we might record a Loom to provide clear instructions.
3. We don't hold traditional stand-ups, sync-ups, or any typical online face-to-face meetings. Hence, it is essential that the selected candidate is self-motivated, organized, and proactive.

1. A candidate with at least 2 years of experience working with comprehensive design systems in Figma, including the ability to work with components, variables, and animations.
2. A candidate who has a good understanding of color theory, typography, and composition, and can apply these principles effectively in their designs. Additionally, the candidate should be able to demonstrate their expertise in creating visually appealing designs that align with the brand guidelines.
3. A candidate with 2-3 years of experience working with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with a solid understanding of the tools and techniques used in these programs and be able to work efficiently.
