Associate - CSR Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee and monitor program implementation, providing strategic direction to the program
2. Plan and execute work as per the defined objectives of the project(s)
3. Follow systems and processes for identification and selection of implementing and other partners
4. Engage, manage, and communicate with all stakeholders on the project(s)
5. Manage, control changes & adhere to budgets and timelines as defined in the design of the projects(s)
6. Maintaining accounts & records, following proper procurement, approval & accounting procedures to fulfill audit norms
7. Facilitate the development of content and pedagogies, to support learning in young children
8. Identify issues of advocacy that need to be taken up with the state machinery for effective program implementation
9. Supporting the development and delivery of training of Anganwadi Workers and other ICDS staff in effective pedagogies
10. Support in defining and developing the program strategy. Prepare high-quality presentations, fact sheets, and concept papers, and write, edit, and coordinate educational materials, training manuals, newsletters, and/or brochures, and other materials for effective external communications, positioning, and partner engagement, using a variety of media including text, images, and video
11. Understand and design research tools that help capture quantitative as well as qualitative data
12. Create detailed reports to be presented to various donors/government
13. Get coverage for reports in various journals as and when required
14. Represent the organization in state-level meets, conferences and seminars.
15. Work on any other tasks as required
