Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries on web chat and e-mails
2. Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
3. Maintain accurate customer records
4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the team leader and operations team
5. Participate in team meetings
6. Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner
7. Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, and provide a suitable and satisfactory solution
