About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Ideate and work with the product/engineering teams to develop new features or logic to increase user engagement, click-through, and conversions
2. Run real-world A/B tests to understand the impact of new features on our key metrics
3. Develop ML models to predict customer preference and dynamically change advertising content to maximize click-through and conversions
4. Run statistical analyses on data collected to identify the root cause between variance in actual performance

Friendly Brands (by Sensight Labs) is looking for the founding member of the data science team - an associate data scientist with 0-2 years of experience. We are a VC-funded, early-stage startup based in Bengaluru.

Our new e-commerce enablement product (https://friendlybrands.club) is gaining rapid customer traction and we are looking for another crew member to build our tech from the ground up into a global business.

The people who enjoy working with us are budding entrepreneurs who love challenges and are excellent communicators. Bonus points if you are a Kaggler with a lot of side-projects and competitions under your belt. Your learning will be immense and capped only by you. There is full freedom to build and experiment as you see fit.
