About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality contributions to the code base, with a mind to best practices and an equally high degree of autonomy
2. Work with senior leadership to architect solutions and ensure that we deliver the right functionality, promptly
3. Work on the development of a hybrid mobile app
4. Participate in the full development life cycle, working within broadly defined parameters including design, development, testing, and maintenance of the existing application with minimal supervision
5. Work on optimization and performance improvement activities and test performance metrics
6. Unit testing and deployment
7. Participate in peer-to-peer code reviews to improve the quality and maintenance of the code base
8. Work on long-term code quality and architecture
9. Share your knowledge about tools and technology that remove manual processes, reduce tedious tasks, and increase efficiency and reliability

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
