We are a well-established coaching institute looking for an associate telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, answering their queries about the courses, and convincing them to enroll in our programs. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing incoming calls from existing students and addressing their concerns.
Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide them with information about the courses offered by the coaching institute
2. Respond to incoming calls from existing students and resolve their queries and concerns
3. Achieve daily and monthly targets for the number of calls made and enrollments generated
4. Maintain a database of all prospective and existing students, along with their contact details and progress
5. Follow up with students who have shown an interest in our courses and encourage them to enroll
6. Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies to increase enrollment and revenue
7. Provide excellent customer service to all students and ensure their satisfaction with our coaching programs
8. Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge related to the coaching industry and telecalling techniques
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to telecalling and customer service
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
