Key responsibilities:

1. Use email and chat to provide prompt, accurate responses to consumer inquiries
2. Foster relationships with customers that are solid and trustworthy by engaging in honest conversation
3. Help satisfy customers, assist them with their inquiries, and offer solutions
4. Educate existing and potential clients about the products/services we provide

Note: Preference will be given to freshers.
