Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements
2. Handle GLs
3. Maintain the books of accounts in a timely manner and report to the manager
4. Prepare balance sheets for clients when required
6. Work on other compliance tasks when required

Probation:

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
