Our company is seeking a skilled business analyst with at least 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The business analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough analyses of business processes to identify logic and scopes
2. Develop and implement solutions to streamline workflows and increase productivity
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation of solutions
4. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
5. Create wireframes and user stories for new app flows
6. Create and maintain project documentation, requirements, and test plans
7. Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders
1. B. Tech/MBA from a reputed college/university
2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
3. Knowledge of workflow automation, CRM, and accounting tools
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work independently or in a team
7. Experience in agile and project management tools
8. Experience creating wireframes and user stories
