About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Cold-call prospects (CXOs, decision makers) that are generated by external sources of lead
2. Work on strategic email writing to prospects and customers
3. Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
4. Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process
5. Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base
6. Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
7. Create and deliver qualified opportunities to the sales manager
8. Update and maintain CRM
9. Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
10. Make new outbound and follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email
11. Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales
12. Overcome objections from prospective customers
13. Emphasize product/service features and benefits and handle objections
14. Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate CRM
15. Attend periodic sales training where applicable
16. Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position
