1. Talking to our existing clients from our database to upsell our online courses using ERP and CRM system
2. Selling summer camps to parents who enquire about our lead generation ads and landing pages
3. Helping in improving the process by using our 10-year experience and new energy
4. Working with the customer interaction team to get updates from clients
5. Using the CRM system to track our existing clients
6. Using automated software and tools to interact with clients
