Business Development Associate Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Make 150+ cold calls per day to potential learners and working professionals.
2. Pitch and sell Certybox's courses, including Data Science, Project Management, Cloud Computing, and more.
3. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable courses.
4. Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
5. Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
6. Maintain CRM records and report daily performance.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion.

Requirements:

1. 0-2 years of sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
2. Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
3. Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
4. Ability to handle rejections and work in a target-driven environment.
5. Prior experience in edtech or telesales is a plus.
