Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Dobby Ads' creative design services.
2. Generate and convert leads through cold calling, emails, and other channels.
3. Present and promote Dobby Ads' design solutions to potential clients, highlighting our expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and 3D animation.
4. Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
6. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver projects aligned with client expectations.
7. Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, creative services, and e-commerce to enhance business development strategies.

1. Probationary salary: 15,000 - 25,000 per month (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
2. CTC after probation: 3,60,000 - 6,00,000 LPA (based on performance during the probation period)

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within digital marketing, creative services, or design-related industries.
3. Certifications in sales, business development, or additional training in digital marketing are a plus.

1. A PC/Laptop with a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, a mid-end processor, an RTX graphics card, and an OS of your choice.
2. Internet connectivity with a minimum of 50 MBPS and an uninterrupted power supply.
