About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Communicate with potential customers to understand their requirements
2. Convince potential leads to purchase our SaaS product
3. Communicate with employees and business heads of our clients for implementation support over email, phone, or WhatsApp
4. Create email and other media marketing content
5. Carry out any other marketing/administrative tasks
6. Follow up on new business opportunities and set up meetings
7. Assist with campaign performance reporting
