We are looking for rock stars, data-driven business development professionals having an experience of 0-2 years, to own a revenue generation function. You will be in charge of identifying sales leads, understanding customer pain points, pitching products and services that solve their problems nurturing & follow-up prospects, and converting them into customers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of revenue generation and achieve planned targets
2. Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
3. Follow up on new business opportunities, nurture, create interest, and move them toward conversion
4. Communicate new product developments and do up sales and cross sales
5. Maintain a good working relationship with new contacts
6. Understand competitor products/services features & pricing
7. Take co-responsibility for customer success with marketing/customer success teams and achieve maximum CLTV
Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related field
0 to 2 years of experience in business development/sales/revenue generation functions
Excellent communication (English & Hindi)

Ability to negotiate well
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
