Earnest Fintech Limited is looking for an ambitious and results-driven business development executive to join our team. We are looking for someone with strong data analytics, English proficiency (written), lead generation, & lead conversion skills. As the business development executive, you will be responsible for achieving the company's goals and objectives through the analysis of customer trends and market opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
2. Gather market data and use analytics to inform decisions and strategies
3. Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and promotions
4. Develop compelling proposals and presentations
5. Create comprehensive email marketing campaigns
6. Monitor and improve customer experience
7. Liaise with different stakeholders and manage relationships with vendors
8. Generate leads using different tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Google campaigns, etc.
9. Convert leads through cold callings, emails & WhatsApp
10. Monitor and update customer information in our databases
11. Provide strategic and analytical support to other departments
Requirements:
1. MBA from a renowned college is highly preferable
