About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Use new ways to generate leads (thinking out of the box)
2. Initiate phone conversations or video conversations with customers
3. Follow up intensely with the customers and close the sales within the sales cycle
4. Communicate diligently and prime the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls, etc.
5. Achieve the weekly targets in a performance-driven competitive environment
6. Monitor self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team's performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale, etc.
