2. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs
3. Source & scrutinize recruiters via various platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
4. Connect, schedule, and pitch about TalentXO value propositions to recruiters
5. Coordinate with the internal team to support onboarding and smooth transitioning of the hired partners
6. Track performance and derive insights and report to the manager weekly
