Business Development Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential clients, including manufacturing plants, OEMs, and SMEs
2. Perform cold outreach through LinkedIn, phone, email, and WhatsApp
3. Schedule and support product demos
4. Maintain CRM and track progress through the sales funnel
5. Follow up with leads and assist in closing deals
6. Document customer feedback to refine sales playbooks

Requirements:

1. Demonstrate strong communication skills in Hindi and English
2. Show interest in B2B sales and SaaS products
3. Act as a self-starter who is target-driven and eager to learn
4. Possess familiarity with the manufacturing or industrial ecosystem (preferred)
5. Operate comfortably while working independently and owning outcomes
