Business Development Executive Job (Remote)

We are seeking a proactive and slightly experienced Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of sales, email marketing, and client outreach. The ideal candidate should not only be proficient in driving results but also be capable of mentoring interns and contributing to the growth of the business development team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
2. Conduct targeted client outreach to onboard new clients and nurture existing relationships
3. Collaborate with leadership to design and implement sales strategies.
4. Train and guide interns and junior team members on business development tools and techniques.
5. Track and report on KPIs, lead funnels, and conversion metrics.
6. Continuously improve outreach methods, templates, and CRM systems.

Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in B2B or service-based businesses)

Skills:
1. Proficiency in email marketing tools, CRM platforms, and basic lead generation techniques
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
4. Experience or interest in mentoring junior staff or interns is a strong plus
5. Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing is a bonus
