Business Development Executive Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact potential candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
2. Guide candidates on resume building, interview etiquette, expected questions, and company expectations
3. Understand client job requirements and match suitable female candidates accordingly
4. Follow up with candidates on interview progress, feedback, and further assistance
5. Keep track of job trends and hiring needs to provide relevant career guidance
6. Maintain candidate records, reports, and feedback for internal use

Requirements:

1. Any bachelor's degree
2. Fresher or 1+ years of experience in customer service, recruitment, business development, or talent acquisition
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to prepare candidates for interviews
5. Goal-oriented with the ability to handle multiple candidates efficiently
6. Must have own Laptop & Internet connection
