Business Development Lead Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Reach out to new users on the platform
2. Collect feedback from users
3. Follow up with existing users and retain them
4. Onboard users and setup customer success strategies
5. Work with the team members to set the tone for the company s growth by co-creating user-centric features


Requirements:

1. A highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual
2. Must have 0.5 - 3 years of SME SaaS sales experience (highly energetic and passionate freshers are also welcome)
3. Highly energetic freshers
4. Must have the keen interest to take on the responsibility of growth of the organization, category and team
5. Must have the ability to think differently and apply first principle approach to problem solving
6. Must be comfortable with operating in ambiguity and creating processes for clarity & direction
7. Must have the ability to work effectively: independently & individually, as a part of a team, in driving & motivating teams
8. Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
9. Only candidates who have the knowledge and/or are willing to learn about the Web3 space (preferred)
