About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Begin to develop deep client relationships with the key day-to-day contacts
2. Identify new opportunities to increase acquisitions
3. Have a clear understanding of the day-to-day implementation and reporting tools utilized by the team and lead quarterly reviews and project plans for your market
4. Assist in the development of strategy and ensure the delivery of all aspects of the affiliate strategy
5. Maintain a healthy relationship with partners and the implementation team
6. Be involved with annual negotiations to maximize client sponsorship investment

Required:

1. Candidates with prior experience working in a digital media agency would be preferred

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 30,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 85%

2. Variable component: 15%
