1. Oversee, monitor, and drive the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing; set sales goals, track progress and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
2. Train and manage the sales team, ensuring their continuous development and performance improvement
3. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client needs and manage follow-ups
4. Develop relationships with schools, understand their needs, and position our workshops effectively to meet those needs
5. Collaborate closely with our product and curriculum teams to ensure our offerings align with market demand and client requirements
6. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
7. Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identifying and developing the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
