Business Development Manager (IT Outsourcing) Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on bringing IT clients who have software needs
2. Work on bringing IT companies (India/out of India) on board for resource outsourcing
3. Prepare documentation for client onboarding, resource onboarding, NDA, etc.
4. Work on portals/platforms and maximize our outreach to reach to max clients and bring them on board (by call/text messages/etc.)
5. Generate leads and convert those leads to sales
6. Work on bringing at least 5 clients every month

Who can apply:

1. Must have good (1-5) years of experience in IT resource outsourcing
2. Good communication skills
3. Must be good at documentation
4. Must have a laptop and a good Internet connection
5. Work for 8 hours on a daily basis
6. Should be open to expanding the team and willing to take up more roles
