About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Generate 8 to 10 qualified appointments in a month
2. Help the sales team in closure by doing relevant client communication
3. Understand ideal customers of the companies and draft responses to the prospect on their challenges
4. Identify & approach key decision-makers with the prospects
5. Identify & approach key influencers with the prospects
6. Send 40 to 55 highly personalized emails to decision-makers & influencers
7. Make 100+ warm/cold calls to qualify the prospects
8. Create an email template library
9. Send Linkedin requests & emails to prospects and increase the chance of success
10. Utilize companies CRM tool to run all the activities
11. Report to the manager
12. Fill out daily, weekly & monthly report
13. Work on being a part of the meetings suggested by the manager

Skills required:

1. A degree in management or business from a reputed management institute
2. Bachelor's in technology or commerce background
3. Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers
4. Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
5. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
6. Excellent listening skills
7. Strong written communication skills
8. Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
9. Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
10. Ability to work individually and as part of a team
