Business Development (Sales) Associate Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Contact potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases
2. Generate requirements from new & existing clients and resolve them
3. Develop in-depth knowledge of company products
4. Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints
5. Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience
6. Improve sales conversion and ennoblement efficiency including account planning, forecast, and pipeline management
7. Develop goals for the development team & business growth and ensure they are met
8. Work on developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers

Requirements:

1. Graduation or post-graduation in any discipline (passed out)
2. Both freshers and experienced candidates preferred
