About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Connect with CXOs, and directors and identify their potential needs, qualify their interest and viability, and create a relationship that will help drive the sale
2. Utilize cold calls and emails to build and manage a deep pipeline of potential clients
3. Perform targeted outreach on multiple channels to connect with new and existing prospects and constantly nurture the relationship to drive clients through the closing process
4. Develop an in-depth understanding of the product, market, and competitors

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Internship experience in US B2B sales or business development or a similar role
3. Knowledgable in using LinkedIn sales navigator
4. Experienced in generating appointments using cold calling, emails, and Linkedin
5. Must have a personal laptop
6. Relentless hunter attitude

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 60%

2. Variable component: 40%
