About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze how information is recorded and how the process can be improved
2. Analyze client needs and determines how operations can be altered to improve service to customers and better meet their needs
3. Evaluate all company operations to make sure they are compliant with safety standards and other rules and regulations of the industry
4. Audit legal documents that can impact the company
5. Generate recurring income
6. Work to increase the value of a business
7. Manage quality, costs and efficiency of the organization
8. Re-engineer processes to improve efficiency
9. Promote a smooth delivery system for products and services going to clients
10. Oversee quality control
11. Manage the supply chain
12. Work to deliver excellent products and services at the lowest cost possible
13. Recommend process improvements for everyday operating procedures
14. Provide support to the director of operations
15. Provide logistics support for training sessions and business conferences
16. Process purchase orders
17. Ensure that corporate accounting policies and procedures are kept
18. Assist with financial reporting
19. Track expenditures to ensure the company does not go over budget
20. Assist with office administration duties
21. Train business operations staff
22. Conduct operational research
23. Solve complex problems relating to the operation of the business
24. Stay up-to-date on software that is commonly used in the industry
25. Oversee the operations team and assign tasks
26. Work on training new employees and ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed
27. Work to interact with customers and suppliers, answering questions, and resolving issues
28. Work on tracking and reporting on operational performance
29. Work on maintaining policy and procedure documents

Qualifications/Skills:

1. 0-1 years of experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar role
2. Bachelor s degree in engineering and master s degree in business administration
3. Project management and leadership experience
4. Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
5. Strong people management and organizational skills
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
7. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
8. Detail-oriented

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%
