As a Business Relationship Executive, you will act as the liaison between the company and the clients, ensuring their expectations and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
2. Understand clients' business objectives and provide solutions to meet their needs
3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share
5. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, marketing, or a related field
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
5. Willing to work in US & UK shifts, if needed
6. Commerce graduates with good communication and attention to detail will be preferred
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
