Key responsibilities:

1. Owning a city growth with revenue enablement and PL responsibilities
2. Working as a custodian for all operational activities covering from store operations to training
3. Leading a team of operations managers and working with different stakeholders to deliver the best experiences to the doctors
4. Building and implementing good processes to improve operations efficiencies at the city level
5. Finding the right vendors and negotiating with them for any ad-hoc requirements
