We are an eCommerce agency that deals with clients from western countries. We are looking for chat support who can discuss the projects with the inbound clients via email and chat and sell them our services.
Key responsibilities:
1. Give clear information to the clients and onboard them for the project
2. Communicate with other teammates and discuss on-going projects and give updates to the clients whenever necessary
Requirements:
1. Good understanding of English
2. Zeal to learn about technical things in order to perform well at your work
3. Freshers with a zeal to learn would be preferred
4. As per our past experience, female candidates are more suitable for this role
We will provide you with complete training about the process but having basic knowledge of e-commerce and the online world will be great. You will be given complete freedom to explore your creativity and grow your sales skills.
