About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on site measurements
2. Site formalities
3. Daily work reporting and planning for clients
4. Labor management and grievance handling
5. Reporting site requisition and issues
6. Stock security and issue
7. Please note these are macro tasks, and there will be multiple micro-related tasks that will be part of the job profile, which would be understood.

If the performance remains unsatisfactory, a final extension of 3 months will be granted. However, if there is no improvement during this period, we may be compelled to proceed with termination.
