5. Ensure team productivity, monitor daily activities, and provide constant guidance
6. Collaborate closely with leadership to align business objectives and sales strategy
7. Maintain accurate reports on lead conversion, deal status, and revenue generation

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development roles
2. Prior experience in handling and leading sales teams of 10+ people (preferred 20-30 BDAs)
3. Strong negotiation, leadership, and target-driven mindset
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and deliver under pressure
6. Prior experience in tech, marketing, SaaS, or digital industries is a bonus
7. Strong CRM, pipeline management, and reporting skills
