Client Onboarding Expert POC Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Build strong working relationships, as this role will require you to effectively and efficiently resolve seller queries
2. Ensure compliance with processes and procedures whilst achieving quality and performance metrics
3. Identify seller and associate success barriers, provide solutions, and drive change through business improvement initiatives
4. Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively aid other team members with difficult cases as needed
