About the job
Addictive Media is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive key account manager.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work as an integral member of the Addictive Media client servicing team
2. Juggle with workflow-documentation-deadlines for multiple projects
3. Play the pivotal role of coordinating between the agency and client to establish goals and budget and ensure the receipt of quality and cost-effective digital solutions
4. Support budget planning, competitive monitoring, research/planning as needed
5. Assist in communicating clients' needs thoroughly and effectively to other internal departments
6. Monitor media/creative effectiveness/quality
7. Generate ideas for promotion and events
Skills & Requirements:
1. Good orator with equally good presentation skills (black and white presentations are seriously frowned upon)
2. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
3. Should have excellent English communication skills
