About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Teach coding to kids from age group 6 to 14 (1:1 platform) for 35-40 hours/week between the time 11 AM - 10 PM
2. Generate creative outcomes like games, animations, apps, and websites using coding expertise in logic, sequence, and structure
3. Teach coding to kids on the different block-based and text-based programming platforms
4. Help students in app publishing and creating projects applied on the basis of learned concepts

Who can apply

1. Only candidates knowing programming languages can apply

2. Candidate should have a passion for teaching

3. Candidate should be confident & presentable with good oratory skills and software & programming subject matter expertise (would be preferred)

4. Candidate should have prior coding experience

5. Candidate should be from B. Tech, M. Tech, BCA, MCA, BE, ME (2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, and 2018 passed out and 2021 freshers) CSE, ISE, ECE, EEE, or IT branches (preferred)

6. Candidate should have a high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps) & modern laptop/PC with a microphone and camera

Salary

Annual CTC: 3.25 - 4.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
