Commerce Mentor Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Support students individually in their online learning experience by acting as a point of contact to address their issues
2. Ensure the program meets their learning needs and addresses any barriers to learning they may have
3. Monitor learners' progress in exams through a comprehensive scoring system and provide tailored interventions when necessary
4. Respond to learners' chats/calls promptly and address their queries, doubts, and concerns
5. Schedule weekly calls for each learner and monthly video meetings with student batches
6. Conduct live revision sessions as needed
7. Proofread assignments (IGNOU) and provide suggestions for changes, if necessary
8. Document and track detailed information about each learner on a daily basis
9. Ensure availability for occasional group meetings when necessary
10. Update the day-to-day work through one-on-one meetings with the CEO
11. Escalate concerns to respective academic team members, if needed
12. Stay informed about important IGNOU notifications and ensure students are well informed about them
13. Manage WhatsApp student groups
14. Ensure assigned learners maintain active status
15. Report feedback and insights from student interactions to the academic team to make necessary changes in teaching strategies and delivery methods
16. Build a database of activities, programs, opportunities, organizations, and individuals that can provide extra support for students
17. Submit reports on student performance and engagement, and suggest changes and improvements to the system
