Key responsibilities:
1. Working on the facilitation and training of working professionals and learners as well as conducting daily classes and orientations online
2. Conducting seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, etc.
3. Preparing content and lesson planning of communication courses from time to time
4. Training and mentoring new employees
5. Engaging in process engineering part to identify areas of improvement concerning operations, curriculum efficiency, and content delivery
6. Understanding effective teaching methodologies and tools
Requirements:
1. Impeccable command over the language especially speaking skills, sounds, and pronunciation
2. Complete know-how of computer-based communication and basic learning management systems like Zoom, Google Meet, and MS Teams
3. Good command over MS Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
4. Good exposure to online-based teaching and ability to work online for 7-9 hours a day
5. Strong interpersonal and teaching skills
6. Experience in online education is always preferred
7. Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
