Proven work experience in coordination of events/building social media pages
Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g., repeat attendance at events)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Proficiency in Canva & Google Tracker
Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Degree in marketing or relevant field (good to have)
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
